We use DPD and Poste Italiane to ship our packages.
Ground Shipping takes between 3 and 7 days depending on your location. During the holiday season, we will process and ship orders SAME DAY if you order before 3:30 pm CST.

You may also give us an email if you would like to get a quote on FedEx or UPS shipping charges for 2-day or 3-day shipping. You can get a real-time calculation of these costs on the Shopping Cart page. And don't worry, you can see the shipping costs before you place your order.

Shipping to an Alternate Address Backorders
You can order items even if they are backordered. You will only be charged the one shipping charge for orders containing backorders. You can contact us before or after you place your order for an estimated delivery date.

To return an item, Please e-mail info@mrblackink.com for a Order Number and instructions. Please do not ship merchandise back to us without an Order Number. Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
If your item arrives damaged in anyway, we will resolve the problem as quickly as we can. Please email us at info@mrblackink.com to report an item that arrived damaged. When an item is damaged due to the shipping process, please keep all shipping materials for inspection by the shipping agent.
